Here at The Culture Fund, we exist to support the people who build communities— often without recognition, funding, or a safety net. We back people who create belonging, not just attendance.

What We Do

The Culture Fund is a trust-based micro-loan program for event organizers in Victoria, BC.

We offer small, fast loans to help you make something happen — without needing a grant writer, investor deck, or sponsorship deal. We move on intention and follow-through.

Block parties, community dinners, pop-up markets

Creative Expression
DIY workshops, open-mics, zine fairs, artist talks

Independent Nightlife
Underground parties, niche DJ events, alternative club nights

Heritage events, queer-centered programming, tradition-sharing nights

You Apply.

1. If approved, we send you the funds.
